Meet Your Mentor
I'm Nionila Ivanova

I created IT Project Management Training for Women to inspire and empower more women to start and grow their careers in project management.

Having spent over 15 years leading tech teams and complex projects, I’ve seen firsthand how stereotypes and lack of representation often discourage women from entering the tech industry. My goal is to show that with the right knowledge, confidence, and support, every woman can become a successful project manager and a strong leader.

As a Project Management Professional (PMP, CSM, MBA), Serial Entrepreneur, and Forbes Business Council Member, I’m on a mission to encourage women to pursue leadership roles in tech and to support one another on this journey. I believe in equal opportunities for all and lead by example both in business and in life.

Beyond business, I’m also a mom of two young athletes, and just like in project management, I apply focus and adaptability to parenthood. Balancing the roles of entrepreneur and mother has taught me that true leadership starts with empathy, trust, and self-awareness.
Being part of the Forbes Business Council, I regularly share my insights on leadership, project management, and women’s empowerment in business. So you can explore some of my recent Forbes publications:
Neglecting work-life balance can have serious consequences, not only on a project manager's professional performance but also on their overall well-being.
