This is a heavy chapter. First module of the chapter will talk about core tech terms you should know and understand. Second module talks about SDLC & PDLC. Third module breaks down the development team roles and functions.

Another theory intense chapter with multiple modules. Module 1 - Overview of methodology vs framework and deeper dive into Waterfall. Module 2 - Agile & its frameworks. Module 3 - Lean deeper dive. Module 4 - Kanban deeper dive. Module 5 - Scrum deeper dive.

In this section you will gain additional insights on job searching in the US and beyond.

In this chapter we will take a closer look at the IT PM role and responsibilities, review common expectations from the role, discuss some Dos and Don'ts of this profession.

Deep dive into Planning variables, PM artifacts and How Tos. This is another chapters that is heavy on theory as well as practice. Your assignments will not be a light breathe on this one.

We will learn about what is project execution phase, what PM artifacts and activities are required during this phase of the project as well as project execution with Scrum.

We will learn about Tuckman's stages of group development, Birkinshaw's DMs, DISC profiling. There will also be a special module on being authentic.

We will learn how to establish effective measurements, learn which metrics to measure. The metrics discussed in this course will be more basic and more commonly used by PMs.

We will learn how to close out your projects properly and what to do if the project is on-going.

In this final chapter we will review the most common questions asked, how to behave during the interviews and what to do after.
